Nutrition to reduce Pain and Inflammation: a Practical Guide

WHAT: Did you know that what you eat and drink can help make a difference to your pain and inflammation levels, as well as your general health and vitality? Our expert speaker will explain what this means in practice for what we choose to eat.
WHO: Jennelle Croatta is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian, Accredited Nutritionist and Sports Dietitian. She is experienced in assisting people with chronic pain.
