This event will start of with a short talk from an experienced yoga for chronic pain teacher and your questions, then be followed by sharing and discussion as below.
What are the key aspects of managing pain? How are they helping you? How do you feel about accepting pain?
This friendly get-together is a chance to talk with others who experience pain and understand your situation. You can browse and borrow a library book from our up to date range of quality up-to-date books. Practice relaxation or meditation. Relax and have a cuppa with us.
